Airside - if accessing the lounge through the C Security Checkpoint, proceed past Gate C25. The lounge is located just before Gate C23. If accessing the lounge from the D Security Checkpoint, take the tram to the C Gates and proceed towards Gate C23.

Conditions

No smoking (including vaping), No dress code, Children under 2 years admitted free, All children must be accompanied by an adult

Members will be able to use one of their inclusive or pay as you go visit entitlements to visit one US Chase Sapphire Lounge by the Club location once per calendar year, subject to availability. Guest visits and any additional visits over and above the one entry entitlement will be charged a preferential rate of US$75, payable to the lounge, All Chase Sapphire Reserve Cardmembers and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers are eligible for ongoing complimentary access and up to 2 guests per visit at no extra charge. Additional guests can be accommodated for an exclusive fee, Payment cards may be accepted for entry on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may not currently be available across all programmes

Important Information

Access is permitted 3 hours prior to a scheduled flight departure, All cardholders and guests are required to show a valid Boarding Pass with confirmed same-day travel for access to the lounge
